Preventative Maintenance / service

Network Vision Group recommends that your security system is serviced on an annual basis to ensure that it is operating effectively and that cameras are clean and clear of cob webs.

Back-to-base Monitoring

Network Vision Group can provide its customers with dependable, specialised A1 back-to-base monitoring, giving you peace of mind at any time of the day. By protecting your assets with an A1 graded monitoring centre, you can be assured that every alarm activation is investigated, with efficient response time.  You don’t have to rush home or to work every time an alarm sounds, the monitoring centre will access the risk and take the appropriate actions.  Your monitoring service also includes system management, such as power fail or battery fail.

An A1 centre means there are multiple levels of control over the security of your data, that pass every level of required compliance i.e. high security building with multiple levels of access and multiple back-up systems.

We can arrange your alarm to be monitored through your phone line or for higher levels of security we utilise cellular back up with “GPRS” or “GSM” devices that use mobile phone technology.  By using this type of technology, you know that you are always covered, even if a landline is cut or not working.
